Advertise a Machine

Advertising can be very expensive, especially in major trade magazines. By advertising your machine through West Embroidery Equipment, you are exposing your equipment to the entire embroidery industry.

Based on our experience in the embroidery equipment marketplace, we can facilitate the sale on your behalf, from the initial advertising of the equipment, through the sales process, until you receive payment for your equipment.

You can simply advertise your machine on our Web Site or choose to take advantage of some or all of our services, which include:

Advertising. You can post your machine on our website for six months for a one-time fee.
Screening. We will screen all inquiries, so that only serious buyers contact you.  
UCC Search. We can search the State and County records upon sale of the machine to determine if the machine is free and clear of liens and encumbrances.  
Buy/Sell Transaction. Once an offer has been accepted, West Embroidery Equipment will prepare the Bill of Sale and forward it to you for signature, collect the necessary funds from the buyer, and hold them in escrow until the machine is shipped and installed. Once the sale is complete we will issue payment to you immediately.  
Inspection. If requested, we will send a qualified technician to your site to inspect the equipment.  
Training. We can provide professional training for the buyer.
